I spent two weeks on Ward 27 in this incredible hospital and the care I received and the devotion to duty from the entire staff, from the cleaners, the staff who served meals, the superb nurses and doctors right through to the incredible surgeons was second to none. Was admitted to Glenfield back in 1993 with a myxofibrosarcoma (not a nice tumour) but thanks to Prof Gregg and Mr Harper, I am still alive and kicking today. Thanks to them and their great nursing staff who looked after me for the duration of my 6 week overall stay.

Fantastic nurses on the ward I was in, they cut my stay down to as short as possible so I could go home. Very efficient and very friendly. Also good food on the ward
