Bad value., overcrowded and messy. If you, like most people get to the gym after work during peak hours, then you are going to find it a struggle to get on any machines/weights. It's always overcrowded and the free weights area is a total mess. No one puts their weights away after they have finished and groups of lads grab as many weights as they can and keep them in their area even though they won't use them for a half hour or more. The only bench press and squat rack machine is always owned by a regular group of people who use it for an hour or more. Worse are the male staff who spend all their time perving on girls around the gym or engrossed on their mobiles instead of cleaning up and keeping order in the gym. This is strictly a gym for those who don't know how to behave properly or use proper gym etiquette. if you are serious about your training, ignore this place as it's low price is deceptive very bad value in terms of equipment availability, cleanliness and gym etiquette.

The gym is cheap but thats what you get, trainers are always in their trainers room, you never see them in the weight area upstairs. The weight area is a mess, no one puts the discs or weights back, I even got reprimended by a trainer once even tough I was putting everything back but no one else(all men) was. No one uses the mandatory towel either, I find that disturbing. The machines are ok but some other equipment needs more quantity like the bench for bench press, the group class area is very small and unpractical. If you dont need any guidance working out and want to spend as little as possible, this is the place

Fairly good gym, alot of up to date equipment. Downside is being cheap price and located in city centre means everyone is using it. 80% of people in there hog the free weights, you cannot be using 4 to 5 different weights at the same time!! Tried to be friendly with people just sat resting on equipment "hello i know its busy today and your currently resting do you mind whilst you rest if i do a set and when i rest you do your set". This isnt a gym atmosphere you want.

Not busy in the morning , up until 12-3 pm where it starts picking up. Would not recommend going around 6pm onwards, tends to be quite crowded

Really good gym, definitely affordable and has a good atmosphere. The staff seem to be nice and are helpful. It is better than some of the other gyms i've been to in leicester as it has a decent range of equipment to be used. I would reccomend this gym to a friend.
