So been a member of this place for nearly a year. Best time to go is 7 am you would normaly get parking on the third floor or 1st floor in the ncp car park which is 3 hours free for members..Well don't go taking a limo up.. You ain't definitely coming back down sauna has been changed so practically new.. Two new steam rooms.. Swimming pool jacuzzi everything is nice
After being a member of this gym for two years I finally came to the decision that my money was better spent on the likes open PureGym. This gym employs incompetent staff that don't seem to help people who clearly need help. All this gym seems to care about is the monthly direct debit, neither do they communicate with customers nor do they fix machines in a timely fashion. Not worth over 30 a month.
No air conditioning after over a year of them saying they will fix it. Half machines broken so constant queues to get on working machines. Shut down the pool and steam room and sauna without notice. Half the staff are incredible friendly people the other half rude. Do not waste your money here so many better gyms.
A great gym with friendly atmosphere. The classes are really good. Some of the treadmills have not been working for a while and the showers can be a bit slippery so wear flip flops hence 4 stars. But one of the best Bannatynes I've been to.
Desperate need of renovation. Gym equipment frequently broken.Needs some investment urgently. Only plus is location.Id suggest you go to one of the many other gyms that are nearby and much cheaper with better equipment.
