Dirty, smelly, constantly has broken equipment for literally months on end. Hack-squat broken still has been for months and months, bent barbells door broken for months with weirdos off the street coming in, punch and kick bags broken have been for months, clips missing, shoulder press broken has been weeks countless other issues. Worst gym i have ever been, and i have been a member of lots. look at the poor hygiene on photos supplied. I too have seen human poo in the showers etc, the music is loud and torturous. the urine on the toilet seats is so old it is literally orange thick dust everywhere, stains and the stench of the showers and toilets is brutal
The worst customer service ever. Be careful if you joint this gym because when you want to cancel it, they wont do it and they will try to keep charging you. Unreliable company.
Nice gym and nice gym equipment, if you want to use the pool and it's facilities, just be prepared for either the jacuzzi to be broken or the steam room, it's one or the other. You can never have nothing working at the same time, it's a DW rule of thumb.
Cleanliness has nosedived recently. Personally witnessed shaved clumps of pubic hair in the showers and most recently human feces in the showers. Otherwise fine if you don't plan on using the bathroom facilities.
good place but needs bigger dumbbells , plus needs to stop people hogging machines as they are on there phones talking and not using . ban all mobile calls as they are ment to be training and not annoying member's waiting . also staff should be helping members that have not got a clue to train . i very rarely see staff unless they pop out there office then go back in . im qualified and ran gyms and always had to be on the floor helping or cleaning .
