Had a screen issue with my phone - very helpful staff who helped sort it out on the day.Jacob, Ryan V, Ben - Engineer and Ajay when collecting all helped me to get the phone backed up and restored following various parts being replaced. Excellent service from all the team.
Big up Abs and Jacob! Me came in to get a screen replacement on Saturday, after speaking to Jacob who recommended trading my broken phone and topping it up, ended up just getting the new A9! Ah came in on Tuesday to do the deal and brought the phone from Abs, who showed me everything and got me up and running in less than 30 minutes! Speedy speedy service can't praise em enough man!
Thank you Abs for the T.V. knowledge! The kid knows everything on everything about T.V's! And thank you again to Abs and Guy for carrying our t.v to the car with no complaints! Even though it looked heavy! I suggest your company look into a trolley for you guys!
The staff were extremely helpful when I went in this weekend to purchase my S9. A big thank you to Ajay for all the info on trading in my old phone and providing me with all the information I needed. Also a big thank you to Elliot's bro in law (so gutted I didn't catch his name!) who actually helped me with transferring things from my S7 to the S9 (and was patient with my lack of tech-y knowledge etc). Wonderful customer service- both were extremely kind and helpful. :)
