I have shopped at Richer Sounds in Leicester for many years. Recently, I have purchased a pair of hi fi speakers and a set of noise cancelling headphones. The staff have always been very warm and welcoming on each visit despite being quite busy for most of the time. I would especially like to praise Jason at the store for his knowledge and understanding of all the goods in store, it certainly gave me the confidence to buy. Service with a smile! Richer Sounds also price match all of their goods which makes it great value. Thank You very much, will definitely return.
Knowledge, genuine, enthusiastic staff. Helpful without being pushy. Excellent sales service and customer support. Can't fault them, have been a loyal customer for many years now. Very limited parking outside the store on the main road but there is a car park 2 minutes walk around the corner at Victoria Park. 2 for an hour or so. Free Sundays
Brilliant shop, friendly knowledgeable staff and first class selection of products. Also very handy parking, if you can't get parked outside the shop, just around the corner is Victoria Park car parking - 1 for 2 hours. Well done guys :)
