I'm always buying my big or small kitchen appliance most of times I've got good deal staffs are ready to help if they want otherwise if you are looking for them they are not available busy shop but poor customer service some of are very helpful this time I serve by Urvashi she is brilliant because of her I geve 5 star other wise 3star
Bad,Sorry to leave this review for the company name,But currys company is the responsibility for doing great customer service, when I compare with fosse shopping park currys, this one poor.Richard- named staff really rude, he doesnt want to work over there, need to improve his customer service, I didnt expect he called me- come here, what you want..?Haa haa.. I check once more time am I staying in currys pc world ..?Adhum, Nirali and 2 more staff speak different languages loudly, its annoying when we staying on the till they keep waiting us , very important sharing food behind the till while we spend our time, dont care people waiting in front the till.I ask one staff help he said he going out for smoke , and he direct to me to ask someone..I return my item and come out..No more this store....
Nothing good to say than the shop presentation,On till 13/01/19At 2.15pm 4 people working over there, they have to learn how to welcome to customers, as this biggest company, we waiting on the till they speaking foreign language between them also eating something infront us than giving important to serving customer..!Why ..? Currys never give breaks to staff..?I been to fossepark currys really fantastic service all the staffYou guys need to improve all your services including your manners at the floor I watched look around the store for 5-10 minutes after that, few customers looking fir help, but you guys standing together gossiping Manager and 3 staffs talking foreign languages Bad behaviour Nothing racist, just for manners.
Decent place to shop. Could be better if more people are willing to help. As i seemed more informed then people working there.
Generally good service and choice of products. At busy times it's hard to find a member of staff who cam help and some lack product knowledge. The games area and simulators are cool.
