Having last visited 7 years ago I needed a filling and the wife made me book in. I was booked in to see Bilal who has been fantastic, there was no pain, you can't even see the filling it is so smooth and brilliant. The technology here is amazing, I am so pleased with everything here from the service from Maria and Kelly who checked me in with a smile, to easy booking timings. I am always well informed with my treatments and was also managed to get squeezed into the hygienists (Neil) diary last minute. Thank you for everything, my six monthly is all booked in! 5 Gold Stars!
My 3 year old son hated dentists, but after a visit at The Oakdale dentist my son got rid of fear and now his teeth are fixed and painless! Dr Bilal Mahfouz is the best!! And all The staff members are polite and pleasant to talk to and the whole atmosphere is relaxing and high quality. Thank You all so much!
I have been a patient of Oakdale Dentist in Leicester for a few years now and I would recommend it to anyone looking to get the best service. When you get to Oakdale it doesnt feel like you are going into a dentist, when you walk in, the smell is amazing, the staff welcome you as if it was their home, the background music makes you feel at ease. Every single member of staff knows you and makes the effort to make sure you are having a good experience, from the receptionist, to the nurses and the dentist themselves. 5 stars from me.
I have been with Oakdale for about 20 years and have always found them to be first rate. Josh has been my dentist for only 2 years but it seems so much longer. I mean that in a good way! Treatments have changed over the years and extractions are no longer the priority. The main objectives now, for someone of my age (65), is preserving the teeth I have and I am extremely happy with that.
