Lovely warm welcome, by reception and dental nurse, Dentist was very helpful and informative when I asked about teeth whitening. No pushy sales pitch, which is always a bonus. I went ahead with it on my next visit. The information she gave me was re-assuring. Even booked me in for a follow upto see how I was getting on. Would really recommend this practise.
Receptionist is lovely.......the main female dentist is rude and very unprofessional. I had to cancel a few appointments last year due to personal reasons and went into today to make my son an appointment and was told we had been struck off because of the cancellations.....ok a letter would have been nice! Take me off your list thats fine ......but taking my son off awaiting braces......totally not on.
