Upon arrival, I was met by Michelle who was very enthusiastic, bubbly and friendly. Michelle explained what will be involved in my consultation and explained this very well. I was made to feel very welcome and felt as though Michelle will be a part of my journey over the next few months. Everything was explained well and the venue itself was bright, clean and inviting.
