Worst car rental company ever! Employees just dont care especially the manager. Talking to myself and my fianc like we are small children. No respect at all. Im suppose to be getting married tomorrow and dont have a car. Luckily Enterprise were much more accommodating and helpful. Please avoid if you dont want to end up in a lurch. Car hire was reasonably priced, fresh vehicles. I always check the car intensely before signing and take a short video of the car 360 on collection incase marks havent been listed on paperwork correctly, this is just because of horror stories of people having there pants down with excess etc. I didnt take any other addon protections and car had few minor marks from before rental but still got deposit back as it was recorded on paperwork.
Charged 85 for minor cosmetic damage. The sort of damage any car would get any time you drive it. It's just an extra revenue stream. So factor it in to your costs.
Excellent service. Reservation online for same-day pickup was simple, staff members for both pick-up and return were efficient, courteous and made everything as easy as one could hope for.
Ridiculous customer service. Gave away the reservation without any notice. Also didnt have replacement cars for another 2 days. Employees working here dont care about customers at all.
