After such a negative hire of a van 2 years ago we decided to give them another go just before Christmas. I arrived at the allotted time of 3pm. I had walked to the premises (11 miles) and then had to wait some 45 minutes to be served. I had made an online booking and paid the full rental of 145.00. I was then informed that my passport was required (i only had my 2 parts driving licence, my credit card and a utility bill.) i showed the guy the printout from the online booking and it stated drivers licence photographic id (passport). Nowhere does it state that a passport is essential!I was left with no vehicle to drive to a family new year party in Sunderland. I asked regarding a refund of my 145.00 and was told that he had emailed the office and i would hear back within 48 hours. 30/12/18 I have finally heard back today after chasing them numerous times, that they will not refund any of my 145 but would be willing to give me a 15% discount if i decided to hire from them again as it states (passport) in the small print.I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. ROBBERS!

The price is always impressive but this time we also upgraded into an elite vehicle. The staff were friendly helpful and human, having a conversation with us whilst going the extra mile with the car.I always book a premier car and end up hiring the top end cars. Because I love the cars at Green Motions. Happy to use again.
Great service and friendly staff. I arrived early for my booking and the staff, particularly Matt, went out of their way to ensure I got my car without having to wait around for the previous customer to return the vehicle. This is the second time I've hired from Green Motion Leicester and both times the service has been great and the car well maintained. I would recommend this branch to others
The staff were excellence. They were extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. They answered all of our questions regarding I/D which wasn't straight forward. We also had a courtesy call part way through the hire period to ensure that we were happy. Very happy overall and would use their services again.
