Despite my reservation in renting a vehicle the whole process was quick, simple and effortless thanks to the great service provided by George. On the day, upon arrival, my vehicle was ready and waiting and a great vehicle at that. Cassie provided me with a friendly reception and an easy hand over of the keys.During the whole process any and all question I had were explained in a clear way, never feeling a sense of being rushed and leaving me at ease with the whole process. Would most definitely recommend and use again due to the great service!

Fantastic service provided by Dilraj! He came to pick me up and took me to the branch to get my car that was waiting on arrival. When at the branch, he kept me updated and gave me a breakdown how to use it. I would highly recommend Enterprise because of their friendly staff.
This place is actually ridiculous!it was not professional at all! Its a big joke especially the mangers at the Loughborough road/ city center branch!All staff smoke openly if front of customers then they want to blame customers for smoke in the car that happened over 6months ago and make you waste 2days for something that should of been addressed 6months!Which goes back to the point of lack of professionalism!!! If you are desperately in need of a car n have to go to enterprise then use the Lutterworth road branch!! But believe me I would rather use public transport then enterprise!!!
