Queens taxis should be more organised in the morning. Twice now they have been late for more than 20 mins, making me loose my appointment. They excused themselves with traffic, but they more than anyone should know about morning traffic and organise their taxi rides accordingly. At least they could warn clients that they are late.
Queens taxis is great..always arrive on time and the drivers are very helpful! Even last week when they took my grandma hospital and back they were very helpful assisting her in&out the car. Very professional and prompt.
