Unexpected behaviour from the staff... humiliating question "did you pay ? " ... may I see your reciept ?...and on showing it nothing is being checked......It is very strange for me to understand that why will a person with bag full of stuff will move out without paying . ... it was really ridiculous .....I will never visit again and tell my near and dears as well..
Very well situated store
I went to this asda store having purchased items online. Firstly there were no available seats as a member of their security had put his jacket on 1 and the other 2 were taken. I was then made to wait over 25minutes and when I spoke to customer services about this I was told there was no one available. 10 minutes later they tried to find someone who finally dealt with my order and told me the click and collect machine wasn't sending them messages. My food shop was all ruined and I was 26 weeks pregnant and in agony unable to get back home nor go to the toilet. I made a complaint and was told a manager would call me back... of course that never happened. Ridiculous service, unhelpful staff.
the cafe in this asda is terrible. worst cup of tea I've ever had and my partner had burger and chips(costing 5)it looked and smelt like something you got out of the bin! also it was 2.50 for a slice of cake which is ridiculous as costa is the same price for their amazing slices of cake, the cake from asda cafe tasted like smart price cake.the cutlery was dirty I had to clean it myself.after went to use the toilets and they were discussing with poo in and around every toilet and seat.
Well I have been shopping there for a bit over a year now, and have ALWAYS found the Staff, both in the Aisles, Tills and Kiosk all very helpful and friendly. My wife goes with an elderly friend who now has difficulty walking. I popped in earlier this week to ask if they had any Wheel Chair's available. The assistant confirmed they did indeed and also showed me the Motorised 'Scooters' they had. Very helpful, and today took my wife's friend who soon got on very well with the 'Scooter' and was able to manage it fine, and it gives her some independence.Super, will take her every week now.
