Called in to buy some City bowls stickers (I live near Lincoln). The young assistants had no idea what they were , said they hadn't got any and if they did they doubted they could find them due to the renovation work. There were only a few customers in and it wouldn't have hurt to make a bit more effort as I told them I'd saw them on line!... Perhaps a little more training might have helped.
