Staff here have been extremely helpful from my first phone call. The units are uniform to other Safestores Ive used. Clean, well kept, a lift, helpful staff and theyve always had trollies available when Ive visited. A very reasonable priced man with van was reccomended (who were hands on, professional, organised and genuinely nice people) The experience in dealing with safestore Leicester and the van guys made moving home and tough times alot easier. Highly recommend
Nice, clean and dry, well light individual storage units to hire for whatever period you need. All secured with swipe key. Trolleys available to load on and off your vehicun or into storage unit. Staff very polite and helpful.
Good storage option for students in transit from one academic year to another
Clean storage but hidden extras come after the 8 weeks of the offer because you have to pay fees for renewing contract and not only the charge for the 1-2 days!Although the staff is very polite,i was not informed from the start that there were not any storage with 24hour access (just for 1 person storage)and after agreeing with the idea that i would be the only one with access to my storage room ,they showed me the big shared storage .If i knew all this from the start i would look for something else!
I just drove the van for a friend. But I was impressed with the setup there. Free use of pallets, trolleys and even a forklift if needed.
