Very helpful and friendly staff. They really make an effort to accommodate customer's wishes. The place is kept very tidy and it is secure and dry. Huge (cage) elevators to fit large items. Opening hours are very good and enough parking to unload just in front courtyard of the building. Monthly costs are very reasonable.
Have personally dealt with Mark, Trevor and Catherine who have all been really helpful. They have dealt with the booking and any enquiries I have had in the best possible way. I am a repeat customer for good reason. The site has always been clean with great accessibility which is all you can ask for. At no point has my belongings felt unsecure which is why I would use them again, thanks guys!
I had booked space to park my car for nearly four years till my retirement. The customer service from staff was excellent specially Clare, Catherine, Mark and Trevor. All of them were very helpful for any issues. I would definitely recommend to avail the services offered by the business.
