Staff are a joke. Pay for some shots which are advertised to be 2 by a sign behind the counter. We drink the shots, (after paying) and another person behind the bar takes the sign away and demands more money as the shots are 'actually worth 2.50' and.. 'if we don't pay we'd get kicked out.' Not even mad about the money, just such a sad and pathetic thing to do. Unbeleivable.5 entry which is pricy for such a terrible place with no respect and a dead dj playing a prerecorded mix with a laughable setup. In summary: avoid this place..
Got there pretty early, about 12, there was no one standing outside as me and my friends approached the doors. Went to go in and the bouncers made us walk back on ourselves and go around the queuing bar and walk in again? On some weird power trip like previous reviews have said. When we got in it was dead, completely emoty and the music was bad, difficult to dance to. Felt awkward and left.
Bar Staff are good and the place is generally good fun.. but the bouncer took my I.d before claiming it was fake (it wasnt). He gave it back to my friend as they knew each other and he stuck up for me..I would have not have got it back otherwise as he said he wouldnt. turns out he knew it wasnt fake. They clearly just didnt want to let me in .. if thats the case why not just say, rather than try to take my property, has tainted my perception of there tbh :/ just thought Id add this just in case its happened to anyone else
