Recently attending a wedding catered by these guys. Tawa idea looked great but tasted over spiced, over cooked and tasted like some elements were re heated which made things like steak taste chewy! I was struggling to cut with my knife Everything I tasted appetizers to main tasted over spiced I could not taste other key flavour like onions, garlic, ginger tomatoes etc..Me along with many guests unfortunately had stomach problems the following dayFor big party orders think twice as the cooking standard is poor and hygiene is not best as one of its unit was recently shut down by council As for the takeaway it looks like oily leftovers from previous day. No sense of fresh tasting curries. In need of new decor throughout to make it more appealing for customersAs for you comments below. No I am not a competitor in fact I congratulate you being the first to do Tawa, however it is not up to standard. I am sorry your unable to to handle the truth. Maybe customers below complaining of similar issues are you competitors too?If you want to grow your business and reputation you have take some of your customers & council feedback seriously. As for the 5 star food hygiene rating you claim this is FALSE. You have been issued a rating of 2 by Leicester City Council (IMPROVEMENT NECESSARY) as of June 2018 for GANIS TAKEAWAY.As for the big orders you have had I congratulate you and I wish your company every success moving forward
Thank you for the catering for my daughters 1st birthday party yesterday. As always, Ganis provide EXCELLENT food and service. They are never too busy if you have any questions and they always come on time. Everyone enjoyed their food and great helpings too. I also used Ganis for my wedding last summer which went down a hit with everyone. Next party we will be ringing you again!Id highly recommend them for birthdays and weddings etc This company was the only one I found to have brilliant personal skills and happy to help however they could.
