very expensive treatments/outdated treatments with not much result. i suppose it is because i have pretty bad acne scarring, so had to pay to see a dermatologist who specializes in scar revision to perform tca cross/subscision/infini laser with prp. the staff here are nice and friendly though and if you only have minor skin problems, i'd recommend
I am very disappointed in the customer services provided here. I had 3 appointments and they were cancelled for no reason. I would not recommend for you to go here. You pay a lot of money and they dont even talk nicely to you and give bad services......
Practitioner had no well to explain treatments but reading product information of which she wants to sell. And it is impossible for their manager to permit refund until I contacted my bank instead.Paid 25 to consult with a practitioner . The most time, she was saying yes to everything I said and reading through product information on the brochure of Dermaquest. And had no well to expain any treatments . When I said I would like to know more about treatments and may purchase products if they are really nessery, her passions are all gone and rushed to end the session in 5 mins without explain peeling treatments she suggested.I had to find treatment informations on line and try to understand myself. I went to store, made my purchase then regretted after further seeing peeling videos. I called for refund, and agreed to have another consult session to see what they can do, then they called back to postpone it to one week later. By understanding 14 days customer contract cancelling rights , one more week means I may lose it, so I said if you had to postpone then I wish to have refund first. Then the sales gets quite motional in her voice and gave up , said she will have to talk to manager. And I still receive calls and emails from skin for appointment confirmation , after they confirmed the appointment was cancelled in such case.The manager did not contact me at all, after a store visit, 2 chasing emails over 2 weeks , and my bank gave me a dispute refund.Thenpractitioner was a nice person overall, and I totally understand a patitioner does not live on basic salary but sales figure, but I dont think one can sell buy reading product information and saying all other product are not as good.And the sales was talking politly, but only stood in her shoes and get emotional easily, which did not help to solve the problem. My money is not coming easily either .
I had to wait which around 2 weeks for my 25 appointment refund. They claimed they had tried to call me to get my bank details but they had a wrong number for me. All this means is that the 3 page form they asked me to fill out on the day of my appointment was misplaced or lost, which is highly unprofessional since it contained personal information. Alternatively, if the old number they have for me is from a previous form that would have had my email address and I never received an email. They have finally processed my payment but no apology or recognition of the issues above. When I went to my appointment I decided to not go through with this company, I didn't feel they were professional enough. My instinct was right.
Saw Dr A.Gupta for consultation & treatment outstanding. Friendly,approachable. Made me feel at ease. I felt in safe hands. I would give her 10/10 for the results of my treatment and will go again. Thank you so much!!
