I really like Downing Drive Co op and since it's new layout it's even better. It carries a good variety of products for a small shop, I always manage to find what I want. It's now very spacious and well laid out with great display cabinets for the chilled/frozen produce and a much better till area. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

It's just your average village shop, limited stock. More expensive than a less convenient store

Average foodstuffs at Waitrose prices with a newspaper stand full of right-wing press. General mix of staff from the cheerful to the downright miserable. Can't win them all.
