Not even one star after what I witnessed this evening.At approx 6pm 02/11/18 I watched a member of staff serve a young customer with the most disgustingly rude attitude I have ever seen. She demanded ID, barked that she could see no DOB, which he shyly pointed out. She then scanned his items and he quietly and politely asked for something else which she said they had none of before she had even checked. He then produced his NUS card to which she said she wouldn't accept, it was too late she'd already put it through. Impossible unless she was psychic. He politely insisted he must use his NUS she huffed and puffed and said she would have to rescan it all over again, she used this excuse TWICE before snatching his items and slamming them around. May I add here they were a bag of onions, a bag of carrots and potatoes I believe, not microwave meals, but groceries he wished to make lots of meals with and to hope to last longer than over night bruised up!!!! She is the cruellest person, and I'm so ashamed I didn't report this at the time. I was so shocked and tearful I didn't dare speak out for the lad who endured this humiliation in front of a now quite long queue. Never shopping here again!

I love this Co-op! I buy groceries here at my convenience and I cannot fault the staff at all.They really seem to know what they are doing and do it fast when I use the click and collect service too. They are a really happy bunch of young men and women, so they make me feel relaxed every time I get served. The store has a good lay out and things are easy to find.I'm surprised nobody has rated them yet but I'd give the store more than five stars.Thank you so much to every one.
