There's a cafe, waiting room, toilets and lockers which were great . We were able to leave our bags all day until time for bus. There's also cash machine just outside.
Staff are helpfull...that's the positive . it's dirty . Smelly and dated. The toilets are awfull and the cafe is over priced. But you can catch buses so does what it says on the tin.
Dismal place, the worst thing about this place is the TOILETS ! They stink of urine and of stale booze. They should be closed down as they are so filthy. These toilets are a health hazzard, I wanted to us them but the stench is enough to make you SICK ! This is both Male and Female toilets. This isn't a one off as you can see the state of the place. This is unacceptable and who is responsible ? I couldn't see who to complain too! I'M sure many people have complained, but they haven't done a thing about it.Leicester city centre is a filthy GROT HOLE !
Be aware that the National Express buses do not arrive inside the station. I had to wait out in the cold and wind. But it is close to the centre so it is easy to reach here.
Get there early to catch a coach: absolutely no clues anywhere which stand you might want to get!Pretty awful station really
