very good bus station however would be nice with heaters inside gets very cold during the winter
A Great Addition to Leicester all thanks to Sir Peter Soulsby and his Final say ok n the Construction of this Great Modern Bus Station, before Leicester Citizens had to Stand in the Rain and Freezing Cold to wait for a bus but now thanks to this new Station, we can all wait in the Warm Building u ntil our bus arrives!! Another Great addition to the Great City of Leicester!!!!

One of the best bus station in Midlands. Excellent services provider for not only the bus users,also for the public. Congratulations to Leicester city council.
Very busy but neat and clean. There is no rush and staff is very courteous. Usually buses are on time or even before time sometimes. U will not find any rubbish and dirt here. It cover almost all main towns and cities. Transport is very neat and clean. Only problem is that late night transport is not available. Even then I would recommend this station.
