We went on a mini Europe trip which was well panned and executed. Our tour manager Dev was very approachable and patient, he manged our tour time really well and so we got back home in time. Our drivers Chris and Steve were also full of energy and got on well with people of all ages and backgrounds. I definitely recommend Baba travels as they give you the best price for your trip and make your journey hassle free.It could have been better if the coach had usb chargers. A must have for long journeys.
I booked a family holiday to Switzerland delight last month. We had a great time. The children loved all the sights. The service we received when booking all the way to the end have been excellent and very welcoming. The coach was very comfortable and luxurious. The food and hotels were outstanding. Breakfast was buffet and staff went out of there way to make special requests for my children. The tour manager was excellent and the service all round was excellent. Definitely recommend and we will be traveling back next year.
On my recent trip to Disneyland Paris the manager were being favourite towards their close friends and relatives rather than us customers. They did not follow the travel plan given to us when we booked the holiday. I'm disappointed with my experience. I would no choose to travel with Baba Holidays in the future.
