Was a member here years ago and through hard work I lost loads of weight and got fitter. Felt pushed and motivated to just do it. Left when I moved away from the city to live and work. Now I've returned I'm looking to rejoin and need to start with the weight loss again. Know I can do that here. Feeling very optimistic and can't wait.
Lovely cosy place for women, the staff always make me feel so comfortable
The opening hours needs to extend especially on the weekend. It's so pathetic that we have to wait till 10am and also the weekdays timing isn't that great.
Decent equipment. Decent classes. Not great opening hours for the Monday - Friday busy lady. Could do with a more througouh clean and hygiene facilities.
I like this place so much. The staff are very helpful. The place is clean and neat. I didnt need to wait for more than few minutes to get a machine. The classes are super. I would recommend it for sure.
