Really helpful team, they were happy with us collecting boxes weeks before we had a move date confirmed, the removal guys were friendly and did a great job on the day.
The office team were so friendly and accommodating with all my needs, dates, itinerary etc. After the booking acceptance and forms completed and a site visit. It was move out date-just as stated the removal guys came in the time set and within 2 and a bit hours the house was empty and very little disruption through out. Really friendly, kind, polite, and skilled removal guys that worked with care and efficiency. Their treat was a hero's chocolate tin and they earned every chocolate and every tea/coffee without sugar (sorry I packed the sugar in an unnamed box!) They made my day stress less as possible. A real credit to the company! I hope they get a Christmas Bonus. Hope to see you guys soon with sugar this time. :)
Moving out day was an easy, efficient process thanks to the experience of the two guys, Callum & Stephen. They were both polite and hard working and completed the expected 1 day removal to storage in 1 day.Hopefully the onward removal out of storage will be as painless.We would recommend Britannia-Bradshaw.
Excellent service. Moved my mum in law into a new property last week and both Travis and Billy were excellent. Took care of all her treasures and unpacked them and put them back wonderfully. Would not hesitate to recommend Brittania - from the lovely Lynn in the office, Mark who came to the property and both the removal chaps - great service.
Big thanks to Chris, Stephan, Craig, Nick & Travis - bunch of absolutely solid guys who cracked on with our move at breakneck speed. Arrived promptly at 8.30am, cleared a three story town-house, and had everything into out new property fully assembled by 11.30am. Would have been even quicker if I had the keys earlier! Cracking service, would not hesitate to recommend.Also thanks to Trevor who came and did the initial quote which came out much cheaper than one of your competitors.
