Incompetence? No this goes way beyond that,see photos sent to me by e.m.h of what e.m.h senior managers Repeatedly say is a job well done and paid for. presumably With e.m.h residents money?. According to senior managers at E.M.H my picture shows a newly redecorated room,other disaster highlights of the rest of the newly (un)decorated flat are available on request.these pictures were in E.M.H possession TWO weeks before I moved back into my home after being decanted for three months,plenty of of time to rectify the crude deception and extensive water damage clearly visible to the inside of my property,and yet they did NOTHING and continue to do NOTHING they did not mention to me the existence of the pictures of the non painted bedroom or the other pictures that quite clearly show the shockingly bad workmanship and vandalism of my property.when I informed them of the shocking condition of my home, they say they have no pictures of the 8ftx2ft and smaller Watermarks on the opposite wall.(a good job I took some for them)or the disgraceful unprofessional attempt at plastering around the light socket,or the damage to my cooker or the brass curtain rail holders vandalised out of all recognition or the kitchen cabinets with plasterboard dust vigorously rubbed into them. , l was left to do my own investigation to uncover the existence of the photographic evidence of the undecorated room, when I contacted E.M.H to report the disgraceful way my property was handed back to me,why no mention of the photographic evidence ? that E.M.H managers had secreted away,why no investigation instigated by E.M.H as to why they had paid for a job that quite clearly had NOT been done? Or the 8ft watermark crudely painted over etc,etc. and yet despite indisputable evidence of wrongdoing E.M.H senior managers continue insisting a good job has been done.welcome to the crazy,dishonest,fraudulent world of E.M.H...and their preferred contractors..
