Well people write review for a reason, Apparently my email order got "lost" and thanks to a contact in Leicester who got my order delivered 2 full days late with a, wait for it, box of chocolates to say sorry. No sorry's to me even though they took my money. Too bad as won't use them again.
Seems like a standard experience with this place, paid a premium, which never got delivered, and had no answer to my many calls or emails, luckily I was protected by using PayPal, but dont take the chance! Would have given a no star review if I could.
