Top car wash .very friendly
Service is not good enough for the money they take for car washing. Many times we have to keep telling them to wash and wipe as they do it very sluggishly without paying much attention to the work they are doing
I've used Diamond for years, but recently they hiked up the prices - which I would be fine with if the quality had not dropped so much.Today, I went for my regular clean, only to return home and notice the disgusting state my wheels were still in.I returned to Diamond and pointed out the dirt, to which I got no real acknowledgement of the issue. The supervisor offered to clean them for me, but did a half-hearted job to say the least, leaving most dirt in situe. I left, got home, and finished the clean off myself. Safe to say I won't be returning, which is a shame after so many years of good service. I don't know what's changed recently, but they need to go back to their old ways!!!
Took my new car to get it washed and they left 3 large vertical scratches down the passenger side front window. Needless to say I won't be going back. Unfortunately they don't show up on camera otherwise I'd be posting the evidence. Completely gutted.
Thorough job inside and out. Some don't speak good English but if you make the effort the workers are very friendly. Good value for money.
