When I recently needed my car servicing I was very impressed with the customer service I received from Jordan Motors. Particularly as we were considerably delayed returning as agreed late afternoon due to an accident on the motoway. I rang to say I was stuck in the courtesy car we had from them and Julie was don't panic get here when you can we will wait. A lot of garages would not have done that and just would have said come back tomorrow! Excellent customer service. We eventually arrived just after 6pm! They are competitively priced too and very knowledgeable with what they do. A fantastic family run business.Highly recommended.
I used Jordan Motors for my MOT on my 06 Clio. Never have I had such a positive experience with a garage. From start to finish their staff was very friendly and despite the fact that the car failed it's MOT, they explained what each failure meant and even showed me the old parts after replacement - something I appreciated as the industry unfortunately often has a bad reputation! They also offered me a lift back to work which although I didn't need was very thoughtful. Definitely recommend if you want clear, friendly service.
The team at Jordon Motors are second to none. I use them at work for my fleet cars and am always recommending them to family and friends. They really care about their customers and go above and beyond with the service they provide. Ive always found them to be friendly, competitive and honest, I wouldnt use anyone else. Ive also rented vehicles from them too and have always been very happy.
Best garage in Leicester. Simon and Julie are running a fantastic family run business. They are very open and honest and show you what's been wrong with the car if there is anything to fix. Wouldn't got anywhere else. Also close to Fosse Park, so you can drop the car and go for a spot of shopping whilst it's being worked on.
