We had been here a couple of weeks ago and the kids loved it so I decided to book my son's birthday party here. BIG MISTAKE!!!!! Parties are totally unorganised. Staff don't seem to know what is going on and until you go to the room for food you are left to your own devices. Children were sent down to the trampolines by one member of staff for them to be whistled at and told to leave the area by another leaving 2 children from the party upset and feeling like they'd been told off ( they are 5 year olds). The party group were split at the beginning, I was told that this was so they could get them through quickly! Not what you want as a party group. I informed them of an allergy on booking to be told on the day that the food wasn't suitable for the child with the allergy. I was unhappy about this and complained to be told I should have informed them at the beginning of my booking. I told them I had and I was very unhappy to have one child sat with absolutely nothing to eat. The member of staff went away and then came back and said she had checked and it was suitable after all (She had bothered to check their allergens info rather than just guess!!!!). Shocking considering the law on food allergens for those providing food to customers. All in all a great place to visit (which is why I gave the two stars) but avoid booking your party here as you will be severely disappointed.
Low score is for how dirty the communal areas are. Toilets filthy. Carpets and metal staircases havent seen a vacuum in a long time. Staff are great though. Coffee was nice
Love this place something for every age. There's a cafe right in the middle up high of the center too so if your children are that bit older and don't want you over their shoulder you can easy peek to check thete okay staff all over the place ensuring safety. Food and drinks nice. My children absolutely love this place and beg me to go all the time and most definitely a way to keep fit.
Awesome exhausting fun. We wanted the kids to get some exercise, but the weather was terrible so we needed something indoors. Flip Out was perfect for the whole family and we now have two very tired and happy kids (and adults). Staff were very friendly and helpful too. Definitely going back soon!
